Uncommon’s Project Manager, Jennifer Chavies, has been working hard to make sure the project is getting off to the right start. Ron Shimpa, the Field Superintendent for Uncommon puts it plainly, “This is going to be a fun one.”Uncommon’s future tenants will enjoy a number of amenities including above grade parking, two courtyards, and 151 secured bike parking spots. Apartments will range from studios up to three-bedroom apartments across the five apartment floors. The building will also have two elevators and two stairways.Uncommon is an extremely tight site—the building will be 8” from the property line on the north and south sides, 2’ on the west side, and 5’ on the east side.
