Dohn Construction Breaks Ground on New Arby’s in North Fort Collins
Local construction firm begins work on fast-food chain’s new location in Fort CollinsFort Collins, CO: Dohn Construction has begun the construction of a new Arby’s drive-thru restaurant in north Fort Collins. The fast-food restaurant will be a 2,000 square foot freestanding building at North College Marketplace in Fort Collins, CO. The Arby’s will be built from the ground-up and will include a drive-thru and exterior landscaping. Dohn Construction President Doug Dohn explains, “We are excited to add to the growing list of restaurants in Fort Collins. The breadth of eating options is one of Fort Collins’ best assets, and we are glad to bolster it.” Dohn Construction Field Superintendent Arron Bogen explains, “I look forward to completing another project with Dohn Construction that will grow our community.” This is his second project with Dohn Construction since starting with the firm in January. This will be the second restaurant Dohn Construction has completed in the North College Marketplace shopping center, with Starbucks Coffee being the first. Dohn Construction will partner with Fort Collins architecture firm SPD Architecture for this project.
