This project was a remodel of a 2,700 square foot restaurant located in downtown Fort Collins, Colorado. Extensive millwork and upscale interior finishes were used to transform this eatery into a contemporary bistro. A bar, waiting area, and private dining room were built into the final construction. A new storefront façade and an outdoor seating area were added to this historical building. The restaurant remained open to the public during construction.
