This project consisted of additions and alterations to the existing Dellenbach Motors in Fort Collins, Colorado.  The 6,725 square foot additions include a new car wash, new-car delivery pick-up, a service drop-off, and the associated site work around the building.  The interior showroom and offices were also remodeled and updated, along with the exterior facade which was improved to meet national branding standards.
