This project for Les Schwab Tires is a 10,082 square foot, single-story retail store in Timnath, CO. The building includes retail and sales, tire storage warehouse, and 8-service bays. The building was constructed of concrete slab on grade, CMU, metal framed walls, metal bar joists, metal decking. The exterior consisted of glazed and ground faced blocks, metal panels, and storefront glazing. The interior finishes include paint, cabinetry, industrial racking, and terrazzo tile.
